EnReal stands for Enlightening the Reality in Education and Learning. The whole purpose of education is to turn mirrors into windows. So EnReal is a non-profitable organization and a small initiative that helps provide education to poor children.
Thought is what triggered the initiative.

Over the past few years, we saw kids who were sent for labour work, saw their skills but still ended up not having the right education. We believe every kids should learn to grow and continue the legacy of teaching others. Our goal is to provide financial support to kids who really want to learn. Through a unique approach of us, we guarantee every kid on the street will be wearing a smile when they hear we are here.
As part of the foundation we have started another initiative called LearnReal in July 2018, which is primarily focused on educating rural students about topics on basics of computer and internet awareness.
We have conducted sessions for one school in rural Bengaluru and plan to do the same for another school in the next academic year.

Every month we transfer a certain amount into our bank account for an year. When it reaches a desired target, we start our hunt for kids who are willing to go to school but couldn't afford. We select those kids and pay for their fees of that particular academic year.
We started collecting about 500 bucks from each one of us as an initial state. It would be enough to pay for the kids' education fees. This deposition takes place at the begining of every month. Target will be an year which would do just fine to split the amount for two children's education purpose.
This is where the hunt begins. We start out finding the kids who have keen interest in going to school. Since we have both women & men volunteers amongst ourselves, there's always help no matter if it's a girl or a boy. We will guide them to the right path and grow towards success.
Constant support in learning and excel towards their growth will always be provided by us. Once they are set out to fins their new paths, we will start searching for new kids and follow the same procedure. Utmost two kids will be provided financial support by us every year.
